As the colonizing Invaders threaten to claim the island, you must defend your home and its inhabitants. Every turn, you strategically choose which power cards to play, paying energy to activate them. Crafting combinations of cards that align with a Spirit's elemental affinities grants additional benefits.

Quick-reacting powers take immediate effect, while others require careful planning. Throughout the game, Spirits gain energy, allowing them to Grow by reclaiming used power cards, seeking new powers, or expanding their presence across the island. At the same time, the Invaders progressively develop their colonization efforts.

To win, you must eradicate every settlement and city on the island. But be cautious, defeat looms if any Spirit is destroyed, the island succumbs to blight, or if the Invader deck is drained before achieving victory. Spirit Island offers a deeply engaging gameplay experience, combining strategy and thematic elements.
