About Spirit of Huntington Art Center
The Spirit of Huntington Art Center is a vibrant 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering creative expression among students of all ages and abilities. Located in Huntington Station, NY, the center provides a nurturing and structured environment for individuals to explore their artistic talents through various programs. Offerings include art, clay, music, and yoga classes designed to inspire creativity and emotional expression.
One of the standout initiatives is the ArtAbility Tour, a traveling exhibition that showcases the artwork of over 50 individuals with physical and cognitive impairments, promoting inclusion in the arts community. Additionally, the innovative ArtWORKS™ program offers personalized pre-vocational training in digital art and design, effectively preparing students for the workforce through internships and real-world applications.
