Spitex Vital Plus GmbH

Spitex Vital Plus is a private home-care provider supporting people with personalised care and assistance in their daily lives. With a focus on compassion, professional expertise and continuity, its team works to promote clients’ health and wellbeing at home. Services currently cover the canton of Aargau, with expansion to Zurich and Solothurn planned.

The service range includes basic nursing care, such as help with personal hygiene and mobility, and medically prescribed treatment, including medication support and wound care. The team assesses each client’s needs, develops an individual care plan and coordinates with doctors, insurers and other healthcare professionals. Wherever possible, clients are supported by familiar caregivers.

Spitex Vital Plus also offers flexible companionship and practical help for individuals and families. Home-support services include cleaning, laundry, shopping and meal preparation. Its specialised postnatal care supports mothers and newborns with wellbeing checks, wound care, personal care, feeding guidance and household assistance. The organisation also enables family caregivers to join its care team, with professional guidance from a qualified nursing specialist.
