About Sploot Pet Concierge
Sploot Pet provides enrichment-focused, Fear Free Certified care for dogs, cats, birds, and small animals in Fitchburg, Madison, Middleton, and Verona. Its services include in-home drop-in visits and overnight pet sitting, Enrichment Walks, private dog training, and pet taxi transportation to appointments and other destinations. Care is tailored to each animal’s species, routine, and individual needs, with a focus on emotional well-being, positive reinforcement, and low-stress, choice-led interactions.
The team pairs pets with consistent caregivers to build familiarity and trust. Walks encourage sniffing and exploration, while training is force-free, science-based, and personalized, including support for reactivity. Sploot Pet also cares for rabbits, guinea pigs, and chinchillas, as well as birds ranging from finches to parrots. Clients receive visit reports, photos, and arrival and departure alerts to stay informed. The company says its team is insured, bonded, Fear Free Certified, and trained in Pet First Aid and CPR. New clients begin with a meet and greet to discuss their pet’s routine and care needs.
