About SpokaneHistorical
Spokane Historical is an innovative public history project from the History Department at Eastern Washington University, designed to share the rich narratives of Spokane and Eastern Washington. Utilizing the Omeka and Curatescape platforms, this project is primarily created and managed by EWU students under the editorial guidance of Professor Larry Cebula.
The Spokane Historical platform offers users engaging stories and tours accessible via a free mobile app for both Android and iOS devices, as well as through its website at spokanehistorical.org. The project invites community participation, seeking partners and stories to expand its comprehensive storytelling mission.
