Fitness-Fighting combines punching and kicking techniques on the boxing bag with bodyweight exercises to develop strength endurance, coordination, and mobility. Classes are adapted to individual fitness levels, and the school emphasizes realistic self-defence and fitness rather than competition. Junior classes are available for ages 9–12, teen classes for ages 13–15, and adult Krav Maga for ages 16 and up; Fitness-Fighting is offered for ages 14 and up at the Waldbronn location.
