Sporting Sensations

Sporting Sensations is an education, enrichment, wellbeing and childcare provider that works with schools and families to help children learn, grow and thrive. Guided by the belief that every child deserves the chance to feel confident, capable and inspired, the organisation aims to support children academically, physically, socially and emotionally. Although movement and sport remain central to its work, Sporting Sensations offers services beyond sports activities, with programmes designed to build confidence, character and meaningful opportunities.

For schools, its services include curriculum physical education, wider-curriculum enrichment, wellbeing support, mentoring and innovative programmes. For families, it provides childcare ranging from breakfast and after-school provision to holiday clubs, as well as club bookings and parties. The organisation also offers swimming and school clubs. Its programmes are delivered in partnership with schools and families, with an emphasis on quality, positive relationships and outcomes for children. Sporting Sensations reports supporting eight partner schools in BANES, delivering 82 sessions each week and providing 13 mentoring sessions weekly.
