De Eerste Stap Paardenmassage

De Eerste Stap Paardenmassage is an equine massage practice based in Ede, Gelderland, the Netherlands. It offers massage and guasha treatments intended to support horses’ comfort, mobility, and body awareness. The practice recognizes that a horse’s history and physical tension can affect how it stands and moves, and aims to help loosen tight muscles, address muscle knots, encourage circulation, and promote more flexible movement. Treatments may include massage, guasha, pressure-point work, and stretching, with the approach discussed with the horse’s owner.

The service may be suitable for horses with a stiff or sensitive back, restricted bending, muscle tension, difficulty starting work, or other movement concerns. Owners are kept informed about the purpose of each treatment and may receive stretching exercises or practical tips to help maintain their horse’s suppleness between visits. The practice notes that results vary and that problems not related to muscles may require a different approach. Appointments can be arranged online, and enquiries are welcomed by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
