Sportschule Alpha

Sportschule Alpha Team is a martial arts, self-defence and fitness school serving the Homburg and Bexbach area. Its training combines practical techniques with conditioning, strength work and mental development, aiming to help participants become fitter, more confident and better prepared for everyday situations. The school emphasises structured instruction, individual support and a welcoming team environment for beginners and more experienced members alike.

Programs include Alpha Krav Maga for self-protection and effective self-defence, and Ladies Fitness Kickboxing, a women-focused workout combining fitness and kickboxing. Krav Maga classes are also available for children aged 6–9 and juniors aged 10–14, with an emphasis on confidence and personal safety. Training may include technique, conditioning, practice scenarios, sparring and theory, with de-escalation presented as an important part of self-defence.

Alpha Team’s philosophy extends beyond learning fighting skills: it promotes discipline, personal growth and physical and mental strength through supportive group training. The school offers a free trial session so prospective members can experience its classes and approach. семinars and workshops are listed as forthcoming.
