Sportschule Dragonfly

Sport und Fitness Schule Dragonfly is a martial arts and fitness school based in Rheinstetten, Germany. Founded in 2010, the school has grown beyond its local area and continues to develop its teaching approach, with a focus on members’ goals, youth development and enjoyment of training. It offers Taekwondo, kickboxing, boxing, self-defence and fitness sessions for different ages and experience groups.

Dragonfly Minis introduces children aged three to five to martial arts through playful, age-appropriate activities. Kids aged six to nine can train in Taekwondo or kickboxing, while Teens aged ten and older can choose between the two disciplines. The Ladies group, for participants aged twelve and above, combines kickboxing, self-defence and fitness. Dragonfly Fighters offers intensive training, including pad work and fitness, with optional competition opportunities.

Across its classes, the school promotes confidence, discipline and enjoyment. Training also incorporates violence prevention, assertiveness, self-defence and anti-bullying education, including a school-developed “WaTuWe” (What to Do When) approach. Prospective members can request information and arrange a trial session.
