Additionally, they assist in raising capital by facilitating the sale of fractional ownership rights on the blockchain, ensuring regulatory compliance through Security Token Offerings.

Led by alumni of the prestigious Kellogg School of Management, Sports D³ originated as a natural progression from two university projects: SmartSherpas. com and KcoinBlockchain. com.

They are a regulated entity and have been granted a crypto-license by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit to operate a custodial virtual currency wallet and exchange in 27 European jurisdictions. Currently, Sports D³ is seeking the status of a financial intermediary in relevant jurisdictions to expand their range of regulated financial services and activities.
