Elizabeth Matzkin, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine in Boston and Foxborough, Massachusetts. She serves as Chief of Women’s Sports Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she leads a multidisciplinary program providing care for competitive and recreational athletes. Her clinical focus includes preventing and treating sports injuries, with particular attention to sex differences in musculoskeletal medicine and the needs of female athletes.

Dr. Matzkin performs minimally invasive arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery.
