The Sports Mill is a sports bar and golf simulator lounge in downtown Kingsport, Tennessee, serving guests from across the Tri-Cities. It combines a full bar and 11 TVs with two HD golf simulator bays, creating a place to play, watch sports, or gather with friends. Guests can book a bay by the hour for about $40 and enjoy real-ball tracking on famous courses, long-drive and closest-to-the-pin challenges, and more than 30 interactive games, including football, baseball, and zombie dodgeball. Each bay accommodates up to six people.

The venue hosts college football watch parties, including Tennessee games, and NFL Sundays with RedZone, as well as scheduled Friday live music featuring regional performers. There is no cover charge for music or watch parties. The Sports Mill also offers private event rentals for birthdays, family celebrations, corporate outings, fantasy drafts, and game-day gatherings. Options range from a party room to a full-venue buyout, with simulator access available for groups.
