Sporttauchclub Oktopus

Sporttauchclub Oktopus e. V. is a diving club founded in 1973 and built around the idea of enjoying diving together.

The club brings members together for training, underwater activities and trips to dive sites, while welcoming people who would like to get to know the group. Its offerings include introductory dives and scuba-diving instruction, with information about dive courses, equipment and diving techniques available through the club’s website. Members can explore local dive waters and indoor diving, and take part in organized day trips and multi-day diving camps.

The club’s calendar features outings to locations including St. Leon-Rot, Liefrange in Luxembourg, Hunsfels, Jägerweiher and the Bodensee. Beyond diving, Oktopus organizes activities such as a rescue training day and its annual torchlight swim in Bernkastel-Kues.

The club also invites supporters to become pool patrons and offers a sponsorship program. With regular training, shared excursions and community events, Sporttauchclub Oktopus e. V.
