About Southwest Power Pool
Southwest Power Pool (SPP) is a regional transmission organization (RTO) with a mission to responsibly and economically keep the lights on today and in the future. More than just power, SPP values relationships and works closely with its members and stakeholders to ensure reliable and affordable electricity delivery to millions of people in its multistate service territory.
