Sprawne Wspinanie

Fundacja Sprawne Wspinanie is a Polish foundation dedicated to making climbing accessible and supportive for people with disabilities and developmental, sensory, emotional, or behavioral differences. It works with children and adults, including people on the autism spectrum, with physical or neurological conditions, and those recovering from injuries. Its mission is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where participants can develop physical abilities and social skills through adapted climbing.

The foundation offers individual and group therapeutic climbing sessions, with activities tailored to each participant’s abilities and needs. Sessions combine climbing with gymnastics, hand therapy, and social-skills practice, supporting coordination, posture, and both fine and gross motor skills. The difficulty can be adjusted to suit different levels of mobility and experience. The organization also runs climbing trips, outdoor workshops, events, and inclusive competitions, and provides courses and training, including a therapeutic climbing instructor course.
