Spring-levend

Spring-levend is a coaching practice in Rhenen, the Netherlands, founded by Elma Ploeg-van der Hoeven. A qualified child and youth coach with experience as a teacher, Elma offers individual support tailored to each child. Her approach is grounded in seeing and accepting children for who they are, while helping them navigate the pressures and social dynamics of a changing society and move forward on their path to adulthood.

Coaching draws on contemporary methods and techniques Elma learned during her training at the Academy for Psychodynamics. She has also completed a year-long systemic training focused on family constellations. Spring-levend highlights its extensive experience with children, personalised guidance, and the option to begin without a waiting list. Families can arrange a free introductory conversation to explore whether coaching is a suitable fit.

The practice is located on Schoneveld in Rhenen and is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parents and caregivers can contact Elma by phone or email to learn more or request a conversation.
