Spring & Spruce

Spring & Spruce is a health and wellness company helping individuals, families, and communities pursue holistic healing and well-being. Its approach connects modern, evidence-based medicine with lifestyle changes, natural medicines, supplements, and a respect for the role of nature in health. The practice is led by Dr. Jen Abraczinskas, a board-certified family and integrative medicine physician who completed a fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona, alongside nurse practitioner Teresa Andress.

Services include whole-person integrative medicine consultations, which assess areas such as nutrition, movement, daily routines, relationships, and life purpose to identify underlying health concerns and develop individualized plans. The team also offers holistic nutrition consultations, with practical guidance for incorporating nutrient-dense foods in ways that suit each person’s preferences, abilities, and schedule. Additional offerings include a weight program, wellness events, group classes, and physician-curated retreats. Spring & Spruce serves clients in Catawissa, Pennsylvania, and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and offers virtual consultations to residents of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
