Spring Creek Barbeque is a renowned brand dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences. Founded by Chris Carroll in 1980, it has grown to include 42 restaurants, including Spring Creek Barbeque, Mexican Inn Cafe, and Shady Oak Barbeque & Grill. At Spring Creek Barbeque, we believe that our greatest strength lies in our people.

We offer a diverse menu that showcases our love for barbeque, ensuring a delicious and satisfying experience for our customers. In addition to our commitment to excellent food, we also prioritize giving back to the community. Spring Creek Barbeque and Carroll Family Restaurants have donated over $2.

5 million annually to hundreds of charity organizations, focusing on youth sports groups, schools, teachers, churches, and community outreach programs. We also support local schools through our Spring Creek Spirit Nights, where we offer 20% of net sales from 5-9pm to eligible schools within 5 miles of our locations. Students and teachers attending the event receive special gifts, and top homerooms by attendance are rewarded as well.

We provide all the necessary materials to promote your school's Spirit Night and present the donation check and prizes at a school meeting. Join us at Spring Creek Barbeque for an unforgettable dining experience that combines mouthwatering barbeque with a commitment to giving back to the community
