Springfield Brewing Company, often known as BrewCo or SBC, is a locally and family-owned craft beverage producer based in Springfield, Missouri. Founded in downtown Springfield in 1997, it has grown from a flagship brewery and taproom into a portfolio of award-winning beers, small-batch spirits, cider, and distinctive hospitality venues. Its beers are crafted in the Ozarks, while Ty Iechyd Da Distillery, established in 2020 beside the brewery, produces specialty spirits.
Guests can enjoy the company’s beverages at BrewCo Taproom, which also serves brewpub food, or visit The Snug, a distillery tasting room and bottle shop. Other locations include Mile6 Taproom in Willard, featuring wild sours and a connection to the Willard Wild Fermentation Project, and One2Five Taproom in Rogersville, with a micro-distillery, wood-fired brick-oven pizza, beer garden, and games. Pour Decisions OTG is a refrigerated mobile taproom and cocktail bar available for events. Selected beers and spirits are also sold through local retailers.
