Spruce Scoop is a family-owned dog waste removal business founded by lifelong dog lovers and serving communities across New Haven and Fairfield Counties in Connecticut. The company helps homeowners and businesses keep outdoor spaces clean with reliable, year-round yard cleanup. Customers can choose weekly, twice-weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits, with pricing based on factors such as the number of dogs and yard size. Standard service covers yards up to 5,500 square feet, with larger properties serviced in the main areas where dogs go. Technicians securely double- or triple-bag collected waste and place it in the customer’s trash bin or another designated spot on the property.

Spruce Scoop also offers optional deodorizing and sanitizing treatments. Its deodorizing service uses non-toxic, natural enzymes to help neutralize pet waste odors, while the sanitizing add-on applies a pet-safe disinfectant to surfaces to reduce harmful bacteria and pathogens. The company emphasizes dependable service, clear communication, careful gate security, and cleaning tools and shoes between yards.
