Sprungbretter e

Sprungbretter e. V. is an Erlangen-based association dedicated to supporting the reintegration of people affected by addiction.

A member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband Bayern, it provides practical assistance to help clients build stability and manage everyday life. Its services include supported housing, with options such as shared living communities, external shared housing, and support in a person’s own home. The association also offers guidance and accompaniment, structured daytime activities through its day center, and case management.

Its counseling service provides addiction advice and ongoing support, while a separate service is available to employees of University Hospital Erlangen. The day center provides a structured setting and publishes a meal plan. Sprungbretter e.

V. is based on Donato-Polli-Straße in Erlangen and currently reports available places in its shared-living communities. Donations help support the association’s work, and donation receipts can be issued on request by its chairpersons
