SistersofProvidence is a congregation of Roman Catholic women religious (sisters) founded by Saint Mother Theodore Guerin in 1840. They are dedicated to being God's Providence in the world by performing works of love, mercy, and justice in service among God's people. As a community of vowed Catholic women religious, SistersofProvidence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, embody the mission of their foundress, Saint Mother Theodore Guerin.

They are passionate about lives of prayer, education, service, and advocacy. SistersofProvidence offer a range of products and services, including education, social services, healthcare, and spiritual ministries.
