SQID

SQID is a New Zealand fishing gear marketplace built by Kiwi fishos for Kiwi fishos. It brings buyers and sellers together to trade new and used fishing equipment, offering a dedicated place to browse gear and sell items to a local community. Visitors can explore featured categories, view recommended listings and save items to a watchlist, while sellers can list their gear through the platform.

SQID promotes free listings and says founding sellers pay no fees, making it easier to get started selling. The site also provides fishing guides and customer support, with information on frequently asked questions, shipping and returns, and buyer protection. Feedback options help users share their experiences, while company information, terms of service, privacy details and cookie settings are also available.

Focused specifically on fishing gear in New Zealand, SQID aims to make buying and selling equipment straightforward for local anglers, whether they are searching for something new or passing on gear they no longer need
