Squad Basketball is a Vancouver-based basketball development organization offering programs for players of varied skill levels. Its focus is on building strong fundamentals, basketball intelligence and consistent improvement, while helping athletes pursue their goals on court and prepare for post-secondary opportunities and international travel teams.
The organization’s Squad Club Teams provide a comprehensive development experience, combining weekly team practices and fundamental training with strength and conditioning, high-performance sessions, and local and international tournaments. For younger players, the Squad Youth Program and Dream Hoops League serve U10–U13 athletes. Players take part in an evaluation combine, and selected participants join one of eight Squad teams competing on weekends, alongside two weekly training sessions.
Squad Basketball also offers high-performance training led by Coach John and specialist trainers. Sessions cover core and advanced fundamentals and on-court techniques to help players improve their performance. The organization shares program schedules, registration and payment information, and updates through its website and newsletter.
