Square Faction

SquareFaction is a community-created gaming encyclopedia built by gamers for gamers. The site helps users explore and contribute information about video games, while connecting with others who share their interests. Members can create and update game pages, keep lists of games they have completed, ask questions and answer other players, and take quizzes to test their knowledge of the games they have played.

SquareFaction also publishes gaming news, articles, reviews, walkthroughs, videos, and community blogs, with coverage spanning individual titles, franchises, platforms, and the broader games industry. Its editorial content includes updates on releases and developers, commentary, retrospectives, guides, and personal impressions from players. The site also features discussion areas, clans, calendars, community profiles, and resources related to emulation, anime and manga, online games, and gaming hardware and software.

Users can register for an account to participate, contribute content, and follow activity across the community. SquareFaction is therefore both a reference library and a social hub, encouraging players to share their knowledge, discover games, and take part in conversations about gaming
