The Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) is the government authority responsible for administering taxation and customs in Seychelles. It aims to provide professional, timely, effective and efficient services, supporting compliance and the country’s domestic revenue and international financial obligations. Its work covers domestic taxation, customs and excise, and international taxation, including responsibilities under the Customs Management Act and the country’s self-assessment tax regime.
SRC provides information and guidance on income tax and non-monetary benefits tax, as well as tax registration, payment and other taxpayer obligations. Businesses can access registration services and obtain a taxpayer identification number after submitting the required documents. The Commission also offers tax and customs advice through its Advisory Centre and offices and service counters on Mahé, Praslin and La Digue. Other services include issuing certificates to businesses and individuals and delivering dedicated sessions to build tax and customs knowledge.
Through its Customs Division, SRC manages customs services and supports trade facilitation.
