Srdce Autizmu

Srdce Autizmu is a Bratislava-based nonprofit association and certified therapy team supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Founded in 2018, the organization uses applied behavior analysis (ABA) to help children develop communication, independence, play, social interaction, and everyday life skills. Its individualized programs are delivered by experienced ABA therapists under the supervision of a behavior analyst with international BCBA certification.

Services include an introductory “First Aid” program for families starting out, individual intervention, parent consultations, and small social groups where children can practice communicating and cooperating with peers. The center also offers consultations for families, schools, and other institutions, alongside training and seminars for parents and professionals. Parent involvement is central to its approach: caregivers learn practical strategies to continue supporting their child at home.

Srdce Autizmu reports having supported more than 150 families. It also shares practical resources and guidance for parents, conducts scientific and publishing activities, and provides information about ABA assessment tools.
