SSCHI

SSCHI, the Slovak Society of Chemical Engineering, has been bringing together engineers, scientists, technicians, educators, graduates, students, and other enthusiasts of the field for over 50 years. Established in 1972, SSCHI unites students, graduates, and supporters of chemical engineering. The organization actively promotes and advances the field, offering various products and services to its members and the wider community.

SSCHI hosts a range of events, including workshops and conferences, providing opportunities for networking, learning, and professional development. For example, the upcoming 25th - 30th June 2023 will feature the 15th Summer School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, offering laboratory work, excursions, presentations, and networking opportunities for high school students. Additionally, there will be the 49th International Conference of the Slovak Society of Chemical Engineering in May 2023, focusing on knowledge transfer in decarbonization and industrial research and development.

SSCHI also actively seeks support from individuals and organizations to sustain its mission and projects. Through donations, charitable advertising, and motivational scholarships, individuals can contribute to the organization's functioning and the advancement of talented students.
