Investigative services include corporate and due diligence enquiries, undercover workforce investigations, surveillance, employee screening and vetting, fingerprint criminal record checks, work visa verification, integrity testing, and OSINT, SOCMINT and HUMINT investigations. SSC Legacy also provides independent security management, security audits and risk assessments, CCTV control-room management, and strike and industrial-action protection.

For workforce and organisational preparedness, the company offers online and in-person Hostile Environment Awareness Training, as well as Kidnap and Ransom Awareness training.
