Segelsportclub Rursee e.V.

Segelsportclub Rursee e.V. (SSCR) is a family-oriented sailing club based in Woffelsbach on the Rursee in the Eifel. Founded in 1963, the club welcomes sailors of different experience levels, from beginners to seasoned water-sports enthusiasts. Its two pontoons provide moorings for a range of boats, from dinghies to keelboats, while the maintained club grounds include a clubhouse with a large terrace and barbecue facilities. Active members run the clubhouse, which provides a regular place for members to meet on weekends.

Sailing and community life are central to the SSCR’s activities. The club supports children and young people as they take their first steps in sailing and works to share enjoyment of the sport. It also organizes regattas and events beyond the sailing season, bringing members together throughout the year.
