About Sskait
SSKAIT is a brand that takes inspiration from real-life conversations and personal experiences. The name itself, "SSKAIT," stands for "Siya, Sila, Kayo, Ako, Ikaw, Tayo," reflecting the brand's focus on connecting with people. Founded by Allan Jeffrey C.
Bacar, also known as "AJ," SSKAIT gained recognition through its Man vs Ipis and Ulan Story comic strips. The former was inspired by an actual encounter with a cockroach in a Makati apartment where AJ once lived. These comics resonated with the audience, resulting in a significant increase in followers.
SSKAIT now boasts a following of half a million on Facebook, 33,000 on Twitter, and nearly 50,000 on Instagram. AJ is a graduate of BS Electronics and Engineering from De La Salle University, and his passion for art and comics has been evident from a young age. With SSKAIT, AJ turned his childhood dream of becoming a comic artist into reality.
