About SSK Čelákovice
Sportovně střelecký klub Čelákovice, z.s. is a shooting sports association that has operated an outdoor shooting range in the town of Čelákovice for several decades. The facility is designed for both short- and long-barrel firearms and comprises four shooting areas: 25-metre and 50-metre ranges, each with ten firing positions, plus two natural sections for practical shooting or training by armed services.
Permitted firearms and ammunition vary by area. Short firearms may be used on all sections up to .45 calibre, excluding magnum calibres. Long firearms are permitted on the 50-metre range with ammunition approved under CIP standards; use in the natural sections is subject to limits based on ammunition power. Shotguns may also be used in the natural sections, while historical firearms, replicas and black-powder muzzle-loaders are allowed up to 26.5 mm calibre.
The club website provides information about the range, club history, news, photographs, directions, member resources and contacts.
