About Societatea Studentilor in Medicina din Bucuresti
Societatea Studenților în Medicină din București (SSMB) is an independent, apolitical, and non-governmental student organization that represents the students of the Faculty of Medicine at the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Established on January 13, 1875, SSMB has a rich history and continues to be a vital voice for medical students in Bucharest. SSMB is actively involved in student representation through projects, conferences, and workshops, making a lasting impact on society as a whole.
Additionally, SSMB is a proud member of the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA), which represents over 1. 3 million medical students from 139 national organizations around the world. With over 50 projects and activities, SSMB offers a diverse range of opportunities and experiences for its members.
Through its various departments and divisions, SSMB ensures that every project is meticulously planned and executed with professionalism.
