Formation SST

Médica-Formations is a non-profit association based in Eaubonne, in the Val-d’Oise region of France. Its purpose is to develop first-aid training for the public and provide ongoing first-aid education for employees across different working environments. Registered as a training provider in the Île-de-France region, the association offers workplace First Aid at Work (SST) courses and refresher training, public courses including PSC1 and its refresher, first aid in isolated environments, training on musculoskeletal risks, and emergency-response training for medico-social facilities.

Courses are led by certified trainers whose qualifications are recognised by the French state and kept current. Teaching is primarily practical, with an average of 75% hands-on learning and 25% theory, using training equipment that meets current French standards. Médica-Formations works with client organisations to assess their needs, explain certification and assessment arrangements, and provide programmes, quotations and training agreements. It can adapt scheduling, including some night sessions, and may arrange accommodation or meals on request. A qualified nurse can also visit a client’s care area or first-aid supplies on request.
