Stephen Strouss Taekwondo is a martial arts school in Knoxville, Tennessee, offering training and activities for children, teens, and adults. The school aims to provide a safe, welcoming, family-friendly environment where students can develop skills, build confidence, and work toward personal goals, regardless of age or experience.

Programs include preschool martial arts for children ages 4 to 6, with activities that support gross motor skills and personal development; kids’ martial arts for ages 6 to 12, combining self-defense with focus, discipline, and respect; and teen martial arts classes that encourage fitness, confidence, and social connection. Adult martial arts classes pair fitness and martial arts training with practical self-defense.

The school also offers teen and adult Krav Maga, teaching responses to real-world situations through techniques such as strikes, escapes, and defenses against armed and unarmed attacks, with an emphasis on safety and control. Birthday parties are available as well. Stephen Strouss Taekwondo describes its approach as practical and focused on helping members learn, achieve, and grow.
