STABO BOXING

STABO BOXING is a boxing and fitness club in Kaufbeuren, Germany, offering structured training for beginners, experienced athletes, and children. Its programs combine boxing technique with functional exercise to develop fitness, coordination, endurance, and confidence. Adult group sessions run throughout the week at locations on Buronstraße and Porschestraße, while STABO BOXING KIDS offers age-appropriate classes for children aged 5–7 and 8–13, with an emphasis on movement skills, self-confidence, and teamwork.

The club also provides one-to-one personal training, tailored to individual goals and available by appointment. Sessions can combine boxing and functional training, and may include body composition analysis and heart-rate monitoring by arrangement. Therapeutic boxing is offered as a complementary activity, not as a replacement for medical or psychological care. The coaching team includes licensed boxing and fitness trainer Stanislav Boger, a certified boxing therapist, and licensed children’s trainer Irina Boger. STABO BOXING welcomes prospective members to request a free trial session and discuss the most suitable training option.
