Stage Photo BW Montpellier

Stage Photo BW is the photography training business of Benoît Wehrlé, a professional photographer and instructor based in Montpellier, France. Drawing on his experience and enthusiasm for photography, Benoît teaches practical skills in the field, helping participants learn with their own cameras, whether they use a mirrorless camera, DSLR, bridge camera, compact camera or smartphone.

The business offers year-round group workshops and individual lessons for different experience levels. Group sessions are held in small groups of up to six people and take place at locations around Montpellier, including the Jardin des Plantes, the historic centre, the Peyrou promenade, Port Marianne, the banks of the Lez and local parks. Topics include getting to know your camera, improving photographic technique and processing images.

Private lessons are tailored to each participant’s needs, with flexible scheduling and, where arranged, instruction at home or outside Montpellier. Further training covers image review and editing with Lightroom and/or Photoshop.
