Stairling

Stairling is a French mobility-services brand focused on making work more secure for private-hire (VTC) drivers. It helps drivers move from independent activity to salaried employment through a CESA permanent contract, combining flexible work planning with employment benefits such as payslips, health coverage, unemployment protection and retirement contributions. Stairling says drivers can work across Uber, Bolt, Heetch and more than ten partner platforms, while choosing when and where they drive.

Its app brings activity management together in one place, with real-time views of revenue, hours, performance and tips. Drivers can also access their earnings or request an advance, report professional expenses and submit sickness-related absences through the app. Stairling connects drivers who need a vehicle with rental partners and offers fleet-management software for businesses managing vehicles and drivers. Additional services include driver coaching, a referral programme, partner resources, a blog, a status comparison tool and an FAQ. The brand also provides income simulations to help prospective drivers understand its model and assess their eligibility.
