StairStrap is a small US company based in Denver, Colorado, and a brand of Leitz On LLC. It focuses on one product: a slim knee strap designed for people who experience knee discomfort on stairs. Unlike a sleeve brace, which covers and squeezes the whole knee, StairStrap is designed to apply pressure to one spot below the kneecap. The company says the strap is quick to put on, thin enough to wear under jeans, and intended for activities such as climbing stairs, walking, and getting up.

The StairStrap Knee Strap is available in black, beige, blue, gray, and pink. Customers can choose a single strap, a pair, or a family three-pack, with bundle pricing offered for multi-strap purchases. The brand also provides a 30-day money-back guarantee and a six-month free replacement offer, along with US shipping. Its website includes wearing instructions, frequently asked questions, shipping and refund information, and knee-related tips by email. Customers can contact support by email for assistance.
