Stalder Farms

Stalder Farms is a small farm in southeast Nebraska, near Humboldt, specializing in breeding Miniature Sicilian Donkeys. Its rural location is about a 90-minute drive from Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska, as well as Topeka, Kansas, and St. Joseph, Missouri. The farm focuses on giving its donkeys individual attention and raises only two to four foals each year, placing each in a loving home.

Stalder Farms has three mature jennies, three younger jennies, and one jack. The donkeys have strong pedigrees, and the farm notes that they produce quality foals. Its animals are, or will be, registered with the American Donkey and Mule Society. Visitors can learn about the farm’s jack and jennies, view foals and photographs, and explore donkeys currently offered for sale. The site also includes information about donkeys that have already been sold and provides a way to contact the farm. Through its small-scale breeding program, Stalder Farms offers prospective owners an opportunity to find a miniature donkey raised with care.
