Stald Overgaard

Stald Overgaard is an Icelandic horse stud and equestrian business based in Fredericia, Denmark, with more than 30 years of experience. The team’s work is guided by a commitment to the wellbeing of both horses and people, with an emphasis on thoughtful handling, suitable feeding and minerals, and appropriate training. The aim is to help horses become healthy, well-adjusted partners for the people who care for and ride them.

Stald Overgaard offers a broad range of services, including horse boarding, training, starting young horses under saddle, breeding and insemination. The business also buys and sells horses and provides sales on commission. Riders and horse owners can take part in riding lessons, courses and talks, including winter sessions focused on horse care, feeding and wellbeing. Additional offerings include young-horse paddocks and a horse transport service. Whether customers are seeking support with a horse’s development, a place to board, or guidance to strengthen their skills as owners and riders, Stald Overgaard brings its services together around a shared passion for Icelandic horses.
