Stal van Boxtel is a family-run sport horse business in Volkel, between Nijmegen and Eindhoven in the Netherlands. Founded in 1991, it is managed by Frans van Boxtel and Cindy van Vugt, who bring complementary experience in show jumping and dressage. The stable breeds, trains and sells sport horses, including show jumpers, dressage horses and all-rounders. Its breeding programme is small-scale and focused on quality, using proven mare lines and selected stallions. Frans currently concentrates on training young horses, while competition horses are ridden by others.
Horses offered for sale vary in age, ability and price, giving prospective buyers a range of options. Stal van Boxtel emphasizes honest, open communication and aims to proceed with a sale only when horse and rider are a suitable match. The owners take a hands-on approach to horse care and training, getting to know each horse closely. Their experience includes preparing horses for KWPN inspections and developing dressage horses to advanced competition levels, including Grand Prix.
