STAM ITAD audits equipment remotely or on site, then arranges collection, typically within five to seven working days after an offer is accepted. Data is erased using certified software or storage media is physically destroyed, with processes described as compliant with GDPR and NIST guidance. Equipment suitable for reuse is tested, repaired where needed and refurbished; the remainder is directed to specialised recycling channels.
