About Stamp Stampede
Stamp Stampede is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to diminishing the influence of money in politics through creative public engagement. One of their most celebrated initiatives is the Amend-O-Matic Stamp Mobile, a whimsical, Rube Goldberg-style money-stamping machine that has traveled across the United States to raise awareness about the damaging effects of the Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling. This engaging machine allows participants to stamp their dollar bills with messages like “Stamp Money Out of Politics” and “Not To Be Used For Bribing Politicians.
” In addition to the Amend-O-Matic, Stamp Stampede offers a range of products including voting rights stamps, specialty stamps, and various accessories for supporters. Their educational approach includes resources like FAQs, downloadable materials, and community events aimed at empowering citizens to take action. By promoting awareness and activism, Stamp Stampede invites everyone to join the movement, transforming monetary transactions into powerful statements against political corruption
