Standing in the Gap Ministries (S. I. T.

G. ) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on supporting people affected by sex trafficking, prostitution, and drug addiction. Its mission is to help individuals find safety, hope, and a fresh start through compassionate outreach and practical assistance.

The organization’s current services begin with rescue through street outreach and referrals from police departments and other organizations. Staff and volunteers work to build trust and meet immediate needs, including meals, clean clothing, hygiene items, help obtaining identification, and referrals or transportation to safe housing or recovery centers.
