About St Andrews Aquarium
Welcome to St Andrews Aquarium, a magical underwater kingdom located in the North East of Fife! As Scotland's only family-owned aquarium, we can't wait to welcome you to our enchanting world under the sea. Immerse yourself in an unforgettable adventure as you encounter over 120 different species of animals, including meerkats, sharks, piranhas, crocodiles, penguins, and even poisonous frogs. You'll have the chance to say hi to Nemo and Dory, observe the growth of Scotland's newest seal pup, and meet our adorable meerkat family.
Our aquarium, which has been family owned and run since 1999, provides a fun and educational day out for families, where you can learn about animals, habitats, and the impact of climate change. While exploring our Victorian-era building set in the cliffs overlooking St Andrews bay, you'll leave with a wealth of knowledge, a delicious cup of coffee, and a souvenir from our gift shop.
