About St. Ansgar Lutheran Church
St. Ansgar Lutheran Church is a vibrant and inclusive community of baptized Christians committed to worship, learning, witness, and service. Guided by the Word and Sacrament, we strive to be both disciples and disciples-makers in response to God's call.
Our church embraces flexibility and creativity as we engage in mission and ministry opportunities locally, nationally, and globally. At St. Ansgar, we offer a variety of programs and services to nurture and support our congregation and wider community.
Our Justice and Compassion initiatives include partnerships with organizations such as The Olive Branch for Children in Tanzania, Voices For A Just Society, and Canadian Lutheran World Relief. We also provide opportunities for adult education, hospitality, and choir participation. In addition to our regular worship services, we offer a virtual Sunday School for children and publish newsletters and the Pastor's Blog to keep our members informed and connected.
