Founded in 1921, the Staple Cotton Cooperative Association, known as Staplcotn, is the oldest and one of the largest cotton marketing cooperatives in the United States. With a commitment to its members, who come from 46 states and include over 5,500 growers and share rent landlords, Staplcotn provides comprehensive services such as domestic and export marketing, cotton warehousing, and agricultural financing through its lending division, Stapldiscount.

Handling nearly 14,000 farm accounts across 11 states, Staplcotn enables its members to market their cotton collectively, ensuring that expert marketing professionals manage and sell their crops under one unified brand. The cooperative's inventory typically ranges from 2 to 3 million bales of quality Memphis/Eastern upland cotton annually, which meets international textile mills' standards. With more than nine decades of industry experience, Staplcotn has earned a trusted reputation for delivering exceptional service and integrity to both its members and customers.
