Stari vrh is a four-season mountain destination in Slovenia, operated by STC Stari vrh d. o. o.
Located about 40 minutes from Ljubljana and Kranj, the resort welcomes visitors to the Škofja Loka hills for skiing, outdoor activities and alpine views. In winter, it offers 12 kilometres of groomed pistes across easy, intermediate and advanced levels, served by a heated six-seat chairlift, several ski lifts and a moving carpet for beginners. Most pistes can be covered with artificial snow.
Visitors can enjoy evening skiing on illuminated slopes, a snow park, and a three-kilometre lit sledding route. The resort also provides licensed ski instruction, equipment rental and servicing, race and training facilities, and winter sports days and school-in-nature programmes. In summer, the chairlift carries guests to 1,217 metres, where marked hiking trails and panoramic views await; one-way and return lift tickets are available.
